Growing up as an only child, raised by a hardworking single mom, I had a lot of time to myself. That time often led me to a pencil and paper. Whether I was writing lyrics, crafting stories off the top of my head, or journaling my feelings, writing quickly became one of my favorite escapes.

It wasn’t until my magazine writing professor read my work and told me I had a unique, distinct voice that I truly realized the power in my words. That moment showed me that what I have to say can not only resonate—but matter. Freestyle Feels is where I let that voice live freely.
